Second: working principle:
When the four weft yarns pass through the porcelain eye of the detector with uniform tension and speed (the tension increases a little and rubs the porcelain eye as much as possible), when the proximity switch light we configured is on, when any weft yarn breakage is detected, the relay will open (the blue line and the blue line are disconnected for 2 seconds, then reset and close), and stop at this time. When the proximity switch light is not on, the weft will not be detected (broken weft and continuous weft will not stop).
Third: please install it in the place with small vibration. The lower two shock absorbers can adjust the distance by themselves. After positioning, the upper and lower screws must be locked. The amplifier (part with indicator light) shall not be filled with liquid, such as oil or water.
4、 Install the proximity switch
Please find a suitable position on the 1:1 synchronous shaft of the loom and fix a 45 ° Arc iron block, and with the proximity switch installed accurately. The detection angle is about 110-155 °( The specific detection angle is between 5cm when the weft enters the warp and 8cm before the end of the warp). It is very important to adjust the detection angle of weft yarn!
5、 Sensitivity adjustment:
If the line is broken, continuously fine tune to the "0" direction. Inspection method: under normal operation conditions, hook the circuit with two hooks or fingers on the left and right sides of the detector (2 cm away, do not touch the detector), so that the circuit does not touch or rub the porcelain eyes of the detector. At this time, the line stops, indicating normal operation. If the stop time is too slow, fine tune the sensitivity to the "0" direction until it reaches a higher price. Then check the next line (check each line again). On the other hand, if it is not disconnected, stop the machine for no reason and fine tune in the "8" direction.
